Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Summary

The Account Manager will interface with current and potential clients to frame and diagnose security problems and issues and provide appropriate solutions. Client contact will include inbound/outbound telephone communications as well as face-to-face discussions with individuals in a variety of positions and levels within our clients' organizations.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales/Business Development: Find and drive revenue-generating opportunities for enterprise data management and security solutions.

  • Proactive lead and revenue generation.
  • Follow through on inbound leads.
  • Execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate the elements of both business value and technical capabilities of the PKWARE solutions and products.

Customer Relationship Management: Customer retention is a critically important element of our continued growth; maintaining excellent customer relationships is required.

  • Articulate customers' business needs through information gathering and discovery.
  • Communicate and record key customer information and summarize the facts in a precise and concise manner in the CRM system.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the PKWARE team, specifically marketing, product management, systems engineers, and senior management, to deliver outstanding levels of customer support and satisfaction.

Personal Development:

  • Demonstrate the ability to absorb and understand the dynamic nature of the software industry, specifically the security sector.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and absorb information technology skills.
  • Sustain product and solution knowledge and their applicability to the target market, audience, and industry.
  • Act as a customer advocate to product management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or technology-related field is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill key information from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex topics.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing situations and environments.
